The moves are explained well, then displayed several times including in slow motion. The freeze frames in particular are extremely useful and show you exactly what techniques, boat angle, body rotation etc that you should use to pull the moves.

Besides being a useful learning tool the video is also just good to watch. Lots of action in various locations with a non-offensive soundtrack. Definitely one for the collection.
