I have had at least one version of the Immersion Research Comp Cag in my kit bag for longer than I care to remember.

The unique feature of the cag is its lack of a latex seal at the neck. The seals are made out of neoprene with a comfortable rubber rand that provides the seal with the neck. The wrists have latex gaskets with a secondary neoprene cone. The cut of the cag has been designed with movement in mind and whilst being used I have never thought the cag to be restrictive in any way.

I have used the cag on several occasion’s and have been impressed with both its cut and build quality. After many rolls and being dumped on by countless ocean waves I am yet to experience any leaks. The cag keeps me dry and along with its effective double waist seal has kept water from shooting down the top of my spray deck.

Not having a latex seal at the neck seams to make surfing that little bit nicer as I don’t experience any neck rash whilst wearing the cag.

Without a doubt the cag meets its function well, is comfortable to wear and with its high build quality I’d expect it to last many seasons.
