I must have taken the best part of 1000 photos at the Paddle Expo this year. It was a great weekend and it was fantastic to be welcomed to stands by manufacturers and distributers from across the globe. All were keen to talk about products and have photos taken. We made some new contacts, met some old friends and made some new ones.

Time spent at the Lettmann stand was brief but interesting. I thought I must have stumbled upon something revolutionary on this version of the Granate XL as I was asked to stop taking photos.

It looks like a pretty good boat and the one or two times I have seen one on the water certainly indicates that they perform well. I haven’t had a chance to try one out as yet, but it is on the list.
