I have seen the Boater Boof technique used a number of times over the years and each case the boater who has boofed has came out of the situation quite well. For the guy stuck in the hole the outcome has always been a swim.

What role does silence have in all this noise?
In order to fully experience the chaos of the waterfall the paddler must push away the noise in his head and surrounding him. Zen is experienced in the complete isolation and embrace of the river’s power.
The Rio Baker is in the deep south of the Chilean Patagonia and is fed by the 2nd largest lake in all of South America! We had a huge, enthusiastic and diverse crew of amazing characters.
