Last nights training session was late, it was raining and I still haven’t recovered physically. I’ve been working hard on technique to keep up my boat speed and after analysing this video of me paddling at 75% effort I know where I can improve. I’m my own worst critic sometimes and video feedback is super helpful to fuel my persistence and focus my mind on the positive! #fastisfun #pushinghardmakesyousick
