Social Media Saturday (or Sunday)

We are going to try a new feature over the next couple of weeks – it’s Social Media Saturday or Sunday, I haven’t decided which yet. It’s going to be a round up of a few interesting things spotted on Instagram and such like.

Kentucky’s most famous waterfall is the gorgeous 60ft tall Cumberland Falls. Dane and I ran this waterfall a couple years back, though I had to pass it up on this trip to Kentucky. I enjoyed being back here for the National Paddling Film Festival, and had a blast exploring Frankfort KY. I was lucky enough to catch some rain and get on the local Calloway Creek with a great local crew. As for the NPFF the evening went great, filled with many amazing films and my talk was well received. Thanks to everyone for making this weekend so much fun for myself and the family. 🎥 #enjoyingkentucky #npff #cumberlandfalls
