Although this buyers guide is directed at students in reality it will apply to anyone thinking about taking up the sport. Over the next few weeks many students will be starting Uni and will be looking at joining a club. In most cases the Kayak/Canoe club in a university will be the best club to join.
Sunday was a much brighter and slightly warmer day at the Tees Barrage. Lots more spectators on site for some great kayak, canoe and swimming action.

The British Universities & Colleges Sports – Canoe Slalom started today (14th Feb 2015) here on sunny Teesside. The Tees International Whitewater Course is the venue for this annual event. Univesity teams travel from across the UK attend to take part. Continue reading
