Jackson Kayak have two new whitewater kayaks being showcased next week at the Outdoor Retailer show, the Nirvana and the Antix. First up is the Nirvana, a race ready 9ft kayak that has much in common with the Zen.

This video from Wade Harrison shows what is said to be a newer version of the Dagger Phantom that we shared on Unsponsored some time ago.

The profile of the boat looks very similar so this looks like a tweaked design rather than a totally new one.
After showing an image on Unsponsored showing what looked like a new Waka Tuna the site has had thousands of hits and requests specifically wanting more information.
Today Waka kayaks have released some new and detailed images of part of what is now known as the Tuna 2.0.

Spade kayaks have taken the Ace of Spades kayak shell and have developed three levels of outfitting as detailed below.

The shell in each of the three setups is the same. However for 2016 it has been made even lighter whilst still retaining its strength.
A great edit from Brad McMillan out on the Green in the new 2016 Dagger Nomad.
I’m not sure which one I like more… The new Nomad or the Green at 2 units!
Shane Benedict from Liquid Logic kayaks has recently uploaded a video from Lower Joe Creek.

There is one kayak on there that doesn’t look familiar. What do you reckon, could this be a new shorter creeker from Liquid Logic. A replacement for the Jefe or Stomper may be?
How about a Custom Wavesport Recon that has been put together to match your 1973 Jeep.

David Maughan, product designer over at Confluence has done exactly that. I personally think that this looks awesome.

I had the opportunity to have a brief paddle of the new 2016 Dagger Nomad (#newmad) last week. This particular shell is the Prototype V3 which is pretty much what the production model will be like.

I had first seen the Newmad in the flesh at Paddle Expo and since posting those images taken at the time it has been pretty clear, from the associated statistics from Unsponsored, that this boat has a great number of people very interested.
But what are my initial thoughts?
Nick Pearce gives us his initial thoughts on the new Zet Toro.
Earlier this week I was lucky enough for my new Toro to arrive in Voss. Now the days here are getting very short and there is a good layer of snow up high, winter is defiantly just around the corner. And It will be time for skiing. But not quite yet so yesterday we got on the Raundalselvi and I was able to put the Toro though it’s paces.
First impressions, it’s simply amazing but here is a bit of a break down on the boat.
I must have taken the best part of 1000 photos at the Paddle Expo this year. It was a great weekend and it was fantastic to be welcomed to stands by manufacturers and distributers from across the globe. All were keen to talk about products and have photos taken. We made some new contacts, met some old friends and made some new ones.
With the help of Simon Morse we have some great shots of the new Dagger Nomad 8.2 in action here in the UK. So far we have only seen the large and medium versions of the Dagger #Newmad.
These images were taken by Andrew Bonney and show Dagger paddler and Queen Of The Green Adriene Levknecht on the East Lyn in Devon, UK.
