Running big drops in a kayak is one of the sickest things you can do but it is not something you do every day and therefore I thought it might be helpful to give you a little beta about how I approach and handle big drops.
Bren Orton shows us how to kickflip your kayak. The kick flip is awesome to do and pretty cool to watch. Get out on the river or in the surf and give this a go.

We had an epic struggle to get to the river but eventually, thanks to the forest service and their chainsaw we made it and had a sick time kayaking down one of the best rivers in California if not the world!
Bren and Adrain are off on their travels again.
Myself and the boys are packed up and drove 50 hours cross country from Ottawa to California! It was a brutally long drive but we are stoked to show you what we’ve already been upto in California.

Sorry for the lack of story on this one, we where busy having an awesome time with the Quebec connection crew and forgot to get the cameras out off the water.
It is still pretty cold out there. The guys have made it to the Ottawa.
We made it to the Ottawa but levels are still low as the melt hasn’t started yet- but we can literally smell spring right now!
Soon the Ottawa will change entirely and we will be surfing big waves, but for now it’s joy laps on class III which is not the end of the world either.
