They have been my favourite and served me well.  However I managed to get hold of some Sweet Protection Hunter shorts to test and have been blown away by the fit, function and design.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/91857146\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen><\/iframe> <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/91857146\">Hunter Enduro shorts<\/a> from <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/sweetprotection\">Sweet Protection<\/a> on <a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\">Vimeo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>So what is so special.  Well they fit really well, plenty of adjustment and the fabric has just that little bit of stretch that helps whilst pedalling.  Not too tight and not too baggy (for a pair of baggies!). Length wise they sit just over the knee and are wide enough to accommodate knee pads without any issues.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The shorts have a couple of different pockets.  One on the back which sits on your lower back and is a perfect size for a car key, bank card or a few notes. The pocket on the right hand thigh is sizeable and could happily take a set of gloves etc.  On the left hand side is a small pocket that also contains a lift pass fob.  The fob itself exits at the bottom of the pocket providing access to the pass with out fishing around in the pocket itself.  The pass can be pulled out via an open bottomed tube of fabric integrated into the shorts.<\/p>\n<p>Two zip regulated vents are also a great feature of the shorts and have a nice fine black mesh.  The mesh is fine enough to keep out any unwanted critters yet still allows for a decent amount of ventilation.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect for all mountain or trail biking, the Sweet Protection Hunter Shorts offer articulated knees with room for knee pads so you can get the most out of each pedal stroke and thanks to a bike specific cut the shorts allow unrestricted movement when you need it the most.
