The last split was located in the centre of the kayak right underneath the seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To get a good weld both inside and out I removed the seat. Four were located on the seat posts and the fifth on the central pillar\/storage area. The seat was then lifted and twisted straight out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I took a few images of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unsponsored.co.uk\/press\/daggers-contour-outfitting-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dagger Contour outfitting<\/a> along the way and thought a close up of the seat out of the boat may be of interest to some. One sits in each of the two seat posts.
