Who are Escape Watersports?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Escape Watersports<\/a> was the result of many years working and playing within the watersports industry. We employ real people, who are able to call upon their experiences and provide the best advice possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2011, our mission right from the off was to offer online customers the same high quality service that they had come to expect when visiting a traditional watersports shop in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fast forward to 2018, we are supplying watersports enthusiasts all over Europe with their favourite clothing and equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our warehouses and showroom<\/a> are located just a couple of miles from Porthcawl, on the South Wales coastline. We\u2019re lucky to have the beach on our doorstep, as well as some of the UK\u2019s best white water runs just round the corner. We work hard, but we play hard too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Any selling points you want to shout about?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer service is really what it\u2019s all about, and we are proud to have a website that looks good, is super simple to use, and gives you the right information about the products you\u2019re searching for so you can make a decision confidently from the comfort of your own home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also run a live stock system, so you won\u2019t get a phone call the next day saying that we\u2019ve sold out. If you can add it to the basket, it\u2019s yours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone wants to start using their kit straight away. So once you\u2019ve placed an order, our warehouse team spring into action and aim to dispatch your order on the same day wherever possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s up with the new logos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year we redesigned and launched our new website, to give our customers an improved shopping experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted our brand image to reflect our passion for professional customer service, so we went to the drawing board and came up with a new look that we are proud of. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We did keep an orange E in there though, as a nod to our roots and the iconic Big E logo that our followers know and love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the hottest products so far this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far we’ve had a freezing start to 2018, so no surprises that gloves have been a popular purchase!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve also seen the love for Kokatat products grow big time this year, and we are proud to boast the largest online offering of Kokatat in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where do you see the future of the sport?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve seen the amount of people getting into kayaking grow year after year, which we hope will positively impact the publicity of the sport and encourage shared access to waterways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the world continues to get smaller, and 1st descents become less common, perhaps we will see a lot more cross-over between disciplines too.
\nWe’d love to see more white water paddlers taking to the coastlines, or having a crack at kayak angling!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
