the 2022 test results of 24 whitewater helmets using the STAR evaluation system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The helmets were tested on their ability to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reduce linear acceleration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduce rotational acceleration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and thus reduce the chance of concussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results are very interesting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
