The past few days have been spent slowly making our way over towards Sjoa. Valldal turned out to be completely dry and even the low water runs were pretty empty so we made a quick getway from there.<\/p>\n

Highlights would be the Bygdelva racecourse section although Sandra took a beat down and swim in a horrible slot like drop. Also the Upper Rauma, as well as the drive which has provided some amazing scenery.<\/p>\n

Yesterday was a day of walking with a 4km hike up a trib that turned out to have no water in it and was rubbish, as well as a short section that a certain Mr Westgarth had informed us was very good. It turned out to be a huge portage fest which eventually dropped off the end of the earth and left us stranded in the middle of a river. In the end we hiked out for about 2 hours over a mountain through mosquito infested forest to get back to the road. We obviously got something wrong somewhere with that one.<\/p>\n

Today has made up for it as we got on the Upper Jori which has some incredible slides.<\/p>\n

In other news, we have nearly run out of Adsa smart price canned food and so have resorted to hot dogs sausages and wraps for the remainder of the trip.<\/p>\n
