    You can no longer buy these in Europe, as of this week they have all been recalled due to a manufacturing fault. It could be some time before any of us get to wear one of these. It is a pity as it gives the Astral a run for its money and is 50 bucks cheaper.

        Hi, yes I bought one from Escape a few weeks ago and they rang me to tell me the news that NRS had recalled them due to a manufacturing fault. They say it should reappear on the market but cannot say when that might be as they need to be returned to the US etc.

          Hey Johnny, this is Mark with NRS. Thanks you for your interest in the Zen PFD. We discovered some minor manufacturing flaws with the 2018 Zen and made the decision to temporarily pull these life jackets from stock. We want to be absolutely certain that the equipment we provide meets the highest standard for customer satisfaction. We are working to replace stock with unaffected Zens as quickly as possible, and the new jackets will be widely available soon. While there no Zen PFDs currently available in Europe, you may be able to pre-order a Zen from an NRS dealer. This issue affects only the CE version of the Zen sold in Europe and the UK and does not apply to Zen PFDs sold in the US and Canada. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

            Hi Mark,
            many thanks for getting back to me with this information. It is good to know that they will be available again soon as i had my heart set on one of these jackets and have held back from buying from an alternative manufacturer. I will have a look around the UK suppliers and hopefully be able to get my hands on one soon.

    Some of these discontinued on eBay. They’re CE so are they likely to be the recalled stock?

    Not sure about the e bay items. It was a stitching fault I believe but it was sorted out pretty quickly. Great jackets though, would highly recommend.
