We just got to the Sjoa area and met up with our friend Martin Vollen. We waisted no time heading to his local river, the Skjoli.
This river is so fast and continuous and with so many lines it honestly feels like less of a river and more of one 40 minute long rapid. Keep Calm And Follow Uncle Marty – Following Martin down this river makes it a much less stressful experience and Jakob Hanoulle got the star treatment by being able to follow and have the lines explained to him by Martin. Adrian liked the river but was most stoked on the “FOLDABLEROOFRACKS!?!?”.
Huge waterfalls and hospital visits with Bren Orton.
We got really lucky the other day and found the 80ft waterfall on the Eksingdalen river was in! We had a few scary things happen and had to take Pirmin to the hospital but all was good and his arm wasn’t broken.
