I first started paddling when I was 10, in Newport, South Wales.
I kind of fell out of love with the sport for a bit, until I went to University in 2012, and joined Manchester University Canoe Club. Since then, I’ve rapidly grown from a full time student into a full time kayaker. I try and get away to a river every weekend, and sometimes I succeed.
This is a MTB edit from Hafjell Norway to show off the new Summer 2015 collection from Sweet Protection.
I am a huge fan of Sweet Protection and have tested the Bushwhacker MTB helmet to destruction! In this edit Tracy Moseley outlines the key features that she likes in the Bushwhacker. As this is the new 2015 version the adjustment system relies an Occigrip dial rather than the adjustment system seen previously. Will this be seen in future whitewater helmet line ups?

A few months back I posted a video of the new Five Ten Canyoneer shoes. A few more details have appeared since then.
In canyoneering, where static friction is life and sliding friction death, Canyoneers have become the gold standard. The Canyoneer 3, with its Stealth S1 soles, reflects more than 15 years of R&D in some of the world’s harshest environments. The new 2015 Canyoneer retains the burly protection and excellent stability of its predecessor, but adds an increased lug height for improved penetration on soft ground and easier mud release. We’ve added welded rubber rands that interlock with the mesh upper to eliminate any chance of delamination; an asymmetric fast-lace system for single-handed adjustability in cold, wet conditions; a protective tuck-away lace pouch and svelte heel cage for torsional stiffness and support. And the flexible ankle cuff gives you support and protection without compromising range of motion.

Waka kayaks are here in the UK.
Martyn Butler from Robin Hood watersports has taken some detailed images of the Waka Tuna and smaller Waka Tutea.

The Tuna best suits paddlers in the range of 70kgs – 110kgs.
I’ve been using a Lowepro Dashpoint AVC 1 for the last few months after getting hold of one of the first cases to land in the UK.
The Dashpoint range is offered in a number of different sizes that will accommodate GoPros as well as other action cameras, with enough room for associated cables etc.
