Earlier this week we received a 2.0m Palm Paddle Bag for review.

Although paddle bags are really useful for keeping paddles safe when there being slung around on/off long haul flights, my prime use for them is actually to protect my car when the paddles are being carried inside.

My paddles start off at around 197cm in length so the 2.0m Palm Paddle Bag seemed the best choice. They do however produce 1.65m and 2.30m bags.

The bag is labelled as grey in colour but in reality I think it is more of a dark green.

The orange text, logo and straps really make the bag look pretty smart.

The main body of the bag is contructed from Cordura which should mean that it will happily take some abuse. It is also nicely padded giving some protection to the contents.

The zip runs the full length of one side of the bag and loops right around one end. Access is very easy even when a couple of blades are in. The two way can also able to be locked together with a small padlock.

The bag can comfortably fit 2 whitewater paddles with large blades (Vertical Element Aircore Pro in this case) and I could probably even squeeze a couple of more in if required.

The bag has a set of short briefcase style carry handles and a fully adjustable shoulder strap. This strap is also removable. Each end of the bag (opposite surfaces) has a haul strap.
