Red Bull Key Hole Project – Episodio III

This has to be the most epic start to any section of a river that I have seen. A great edit from the Red Bull Key Hole Project.

Palm Equipment Fuse Jacket 2015 – First Look

The Palm Equipment Fuse jacket has had an upgrade for 2015. The jacket is constructed from a new light weight three layer fabric and the Glideskin neoprene neck gasket has also been improved. Gone are the harlequin colours of 2014 and in is a very smart Jet grey colour scheme with aqua detailing.

The Fuse jacket is a fairly light weight number and from the couch test has excellent freedom of movement.

Towing Options – Sling & Carabiner

First and foremost there is an appropriate time to tow and not to tow. If it can be avoided it is best to do so. However YOU may choose to use a tow system to move a boat across a piece of still water. As with all things of this type it is down to the paddlers own assessment on the day and therefore at the paddlers own risk. Choosing the right kind of towing option for the right conditions is critical.

Palm Equipment Zenith (Short Sleeved) 2015 – A Closer Look

The days are starting to get a little longer and the sun seems to be out that little more. It won’t be long until it’s time to be out on the water with a short sleeved cag. For many years I have been using an Immersion Research cag which is simply awesome but is now getting a little long in the tooth. Last summer I decided to get a Palm Equipment Zenith short sleeved top but was simply far too late. No dealer within the UK or Palm themselves had a top left in my size. Roll on just under a year and Palm have released the 2015 version of the Zenith.

Harmony Of The River

Harmony Of The River

Colorado teens (ages 15-19) experience the sheer power and awe that the harmony of the river has to offer. People often believe that kayakers think that they have no limits; this is false. We have limits, they are just far beyond those of the average persons. Filmed entirely in Colorado over the summer of 2014.
