A friend of mine and I were discussing paddling in Wales last Sunday. He described it as the best best place in world to paddle. Given that he has paddled the world over that is not a throw away statement.
This edit from Luke Farmer gives just a small glimpse of what Wet And Wild Wales has to offer the whitewater paddler.
When the rain comes, Wales can provide some of the highest quality whitewater paddling within the UK. While at Aberystwyth University, I got the chance to paddle a variety of rivers across North, South and Mid-Wales, here are some of the highlights captured over the last couple of years. Big thanks to both Griff and Joe who supplied some of the footage.
