Liquid Logic have announced today that the Jefe Grande is back. The Jefe was a big hit with paddlers at Unsponsored HQ so it’s great to see it back.

Over the last few days you may have seen a some online activity indicating that UK based Pyranha Kayaks have a new creeker.
Through some serious digging and investigative work at Unsponsored HQ we have some images of what is rumoured to be the pre-production prototype of the new kayak.
It is believed that Pyranha will be calling this one the Pyranha Machno.
We first saw the Yak High Back 60N last year at Paddle Expo 2015, since then the initial concept has been developed and has gone into production.
The last thing anyone wants is for a throwline that is being used in a rescue situation to come apart. Making sure that the rope is threaded and tied into its bag correctly is a critical part of getting things right. Palm Equipment takes us on a walk through of how their throw bag system should be tied. The same knots and principles can be used on other bags.
A couple of weeks ago Peak UK announced their release of the new Racer ST line of PFD/Top Deck all in one combos. They have since released the following info and video. Check it out.
The new Racer ST is a unique and ground breaking three-in-one garment that combines a paddling jacket with spray deck and buoyancy aid for the ultimate streamlined performance. The Racer ST holds around 30 percent of it’s flotation in its spraydeck, meaning now there’s less than 20mm of flotation foam on the athlete’s body.

The new Gangsta from Waka Kayaks is designed for the well built paddler. It is the same length as the new Tuna at 273cm and is 69cm wide but with a greater amount of rocker than its smaller brother.
