I am a big fan of the colour coded straps from Palm Equipment. Palm have upgraded the system for 2016 by incorporating a rubber cover onto the metal buckle.
The three colour codes still remain:
Red = 3.5m
Blue = 4.5m
Yellow = 5.5m
It’s a great idea that should offer more protection to car paint work compared to the neoprene rectangle that is currently used on most systems.
What is even better is that the cover will be available as an after market accessory. As most systems use the same size buckle it should be possible to retrofit the covers onto most standard sized systems.
