Someone forgot to tell Mother Nature that it’s supposed to be the summer here in the UK! However we do have a pair of Palm Equipment’s new Skyline shorts in for review and are looking forward to the predicted heatwave arriving.
The Skylines are Palm’s take on the board shorts design. Made from lightweight and quick drying materials the shorts are fastened using a lace up system and have a low profile Velcro closed pocket on the right leg.
Within the pocket is a short length of bungee for attaching stuff to.
The fit is good and the simple design will lend itself to both on and off the water wear. Two darts in the wist band keep the back of the shorts gaping open when you sit down without being restrictive.
The Palm Equipment Skyline Shorts will be our go to shorts over the next few months (weather permitting) and we’ll have a full review landing then.
